WEEK OF MAY 28- JUNE 3, 2026

5/28/26 (7:26 PM) The Lewistown Police Department, Mifflin County Drug Task Force, Mifflin County Regional Police Department, and Granville Township Police Department assisted the PA State Police Troop G Vice Unit interdicting two subjects transporting fentanyl from Philadelphia destined for Centre and Clearfield Counties. PSP provided information regarding a vehicle travelling through Mifflin County from Philadelphia. Officers from MCRPD and LPD located the vehicle on 322 westbound in Derry Township and stopped the vehicle after observing the driver cross over white fog lines multiple times as well as equipment violations from heavy front-end damage on the vehicle.

Two occupants in the vehicle were identified as Bobbi L. Desousa (52 YOA, W/F, Warriors Mark, PA) and Tykeem R. Jenkins (28 YOA, B/M, Philadelphia, PA). Officers detected a strong odor of ma*****na from the vehicle. Officers had them exit the vehicle and Jenkins handed officers a bag of ma*****na. They were interviewed separately and Desousa said she knows Jenkins because she is romantically involved with him. Jenkins said Desousa was his “auntie”. The two subjects were taken into custody and a search of Desousa’s purse revealed a “crack pipe,” glassine baggies, and residual white drug powder. LPD and GTPD transported the two suspects back to the Lewistown Police Department.

The vehicle was towed to LPD and a search warrant was obtained from MDJ Ettinger. Officers and investigators searched the vehicle and located a “brick” of bagged fentanyl containing 78 individual bags of fentanyl. Desousa waived her Miranda rights and stated that she received cash and two baggies of fentanyl to transport Jenkins from Philadelphia to Centre and Clearfield Counties where he intended to sell the remaining brick of fentanyl.

Jenkins and Desousa were lodged in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility. Charges were filed through District Court 58-3-02 (MDJ Eric Ettinger's office). The subject attempted to elude police by riding his bike through parking lots and back alleys off Chestnut Street. Officers followed the subject onto the first block of Logan Street where the subject fell off his bike and fled to the rear of a residence at 13 Logan Street. The subject was stopped and identified as Charles Martel Lissade (25 YOA, B/M, Philadelphia PA). Lissade claimed he put the bottle of liquor back when confronted by store employees. Subjects in each vehicle reported suspected minor injuries and were not transported for medical care.

(12:44 PM) Officers responded with lights and sirens after receiving multiple 911 calls about a fight, including one subject who was stabbed with a knife, behind 449 West Fourth Street. Jonathon M. Reel (23 YOA, W/M, Lewistown) recently broke up with a female. On this date, Reel noticed she blocked him on her social media accounts and he had another person look her up. Reel was enraged when he saw photos the female posted with a male identified as Preston S. Wilson (18 YOA, W/M, Lewistown). Reel called Wilson and he told Wilson “You’re dead” and that Reel was coming to Wilson’s residence. Reel rode a bike to West Fourth Street where the female tried to stop Reel. Reel went into a hallway shared by multiple tenants and was confronted by Wilson who charged at Reel. They engaged in a fight and a male neighbor exited his residence and began fighting Reel. The female also began fighting with Reel in the hallway.

Reel told a detective that he heard Wilson say he was going to stab Reel and Reel saw a knife. Reel told Wilson that if he put the knife away, he would leave. As the fight came to an end, Reel went outside and heard Wilson say “That's why you got stabbed.” Reel felt som**hing wet on his leg and looked down to realize that he had two stab wounds to the upper part of his left leg. EMS responded and bandaged the wound. Reel refused further medical treatment. Wilson told investigators that he did not see Reel armed with any weapons and Wilson stabbed Reel because he thought that was the only way the altercation was going to end.
This case was referred to the District Attorney for review. Based upon statements made, injuries, and other factors taken into consideration, Wilson and Reel are both being charged with simple assault (M2).

Williams grabbed the female and pulled her near the back door. Williams was in possession of the female’s firearm and the female did not know how he came to possess it. Williams made a comment about shooting himself when the gun discharged towards Williams’ opposite shoulder. Williams fled with the firearm into a nearby vehicle before fleeing the area with the female’s handgun. Williams has several past criminal convictions which prevent him from legally possessing a firearm. Williams did not have permission to take the firearm. Officers located a spent cartridge. There was no blood located in the area and it was unknown what happened to the bullet that was fired out of the gun.

Investigators had contact with Williams by phone the following day. He denied being shot. He claimed he disposed of the gun by tossing it off the side of the road off Jacks Creek Road. MCRPD and LPD officers searched the area and were unable to locate the gun where Williams said he threw it. A K9 was requested and it searched the area without locating the gun.
