With 1,500 members in our Volunteer group, we could move mountains from now until Primary Election Day on August 6th if everyone could dedicate a bit of time volunteering for the campaign!

All it takes is 1 hour each week!

Any maybe all you can offer is 30 minutes a week - that's fine, too!

There are 10 weeks from now until August 6th.

Bearing Witness was out on the square this past weekend, doing what we do best. Bearing Witness is our time to show up and let our neighbors know we do not co-sign the cruelty, carelessness, and cash-grab of president Trump and MAGA Republicans running roughshod over our democracy.

We have an audacious goal of calling 2400 voters in Marshall County leading up to early voting. You can log in daily, 4:30-7:30 and make calls. Want to make calls on your own time? Happy Freedom Day, Marshall County! Today, we celebrate the end of slavery, the legacy, resilience and continued contributions of African Americans to our country and communities. Today is a good day!

Whether we will see you this morning for the Freedom Walk or this weekend for the Festival, we hope to see you! The Marshall County Democratic Party will have a booth at Juneteenth this year. Come out to learn who's on the ballot this year, grab some ice cream, and enjoy yourself in community!
