City Council approved Ordinance 2026-07 Lifting the Burn Ban for the City of Leoti. Ordinance 2026-02 remains in full force and effect and must be complied with before any open burning occurs in the City of Leoti. Within all parts of Leoti, individual property owners are responsible for mowing and w**d eating of all areas between their property lines upon said premises or any area between the property lines of said premises and the interior edge of the curb, ditch, gutter, and/or indicated boundary of any adjacent street or alley, including, but not specifically limited to, sidewalks, streets, alleys, easements, rights-of-way and all other areas, public or private.
