🥊In this kickboxing class for adults with disabilities, in a modified environment, participants will learn a combination of Martial Arts techniques. Burn calories as you build muscle, increase stamina, and improve coordination and flexibility with this fun and challenging fast paced workout.

Classes will include high intensity intervals, strength training, and boxing combinations. Adaptations and modifications will be made based on participant needs, although participants requiring individualized support should provide their own support staff for assistance.

🌳St. Mary's County Recreation and Parks is dedicated to the continuous work to insure all parks and facilities are ADA complaint. Most recent parks completed are Chancellors Run Regional Park, Chaptico Park, and Baggett Park. Upgrades are completed based on the ADA Transition Plan schedule and compliment capital improvement projects (CIP) timelines.
