🏃🏼Have you ever walked, jogged or biked on the Three Notch Trail? This time of year is the perfect time to check it out!

🚴‍♀️The Three Notch Trail is a non-motorized, shared-use pedestrian and bicycle trail that follows a historic railroad corridor through the natural beauty of St. Mary’s County. Its flat, scenic path offers a great way for walkers, runners and cyclists to enjoy the area’s quiet, rural landscape. The trail has a paved asphalt surface and is 10 feet wide in most sections.

📍Baggett Park is a great location to access the trail, with ample parking available. The Northern section of the trail currently runs approximately 11 continuous miles north from the current section terminus at Baggett Park.

⚽️Registration for adult indoor soccer at Leonard Hall Recreation Center is now open! Sign-up is available for co-ed and women's teams, plus individual options to be placed on a team. The Fall season begins September 29.

ℹTeams will be divided into leagues according to their previous seasons' stats and skill levels. Co-Ed teams play Tuesdays and Thursdays; Womens' teams play Tuesdays.

🤝Don't have a team? Sign up as an individual player to potentially fill an opening on a registered team. Individual Sign-ups do not guarantee you a spot on a team. The cost is free to place your name on the list. If you are placed, the fee will be $95 for residents and $100 for nonresidents.
