Today was a very busy day for the fire department as we collaborated with the Centerville Volunteer Fire Department to extinguish a grass fire on 1119, followed by another fire on 977 East. We extend our gratitude to the Centerville Volunteer Fire Department for their assistance in containing the fire on 977. Although several haybales continue to burn, they are safely confined within the designated burn line.

The training meeting held last night was productive and all the fire hydrants were flushed.
