What’s on the agenda? 👀

Join us for the Lehi City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 8, to hear updates on the General Plan, transportation planning, parking regulations, development proposals, and more.

What to Expect:

The Pre-Council Session (4:00 PM) will include reports on power purchases, quarterly finances, and Justice Court operations, along with discussions on the General Plan, Master Transportation Plan, and proposed parking code updates. The meeting will also include agenda questions, administrative reports, and Mayor and Council updates.

The Regular Session (7:00 PM) will begin with the Waterwise Yard of the Month presentation, followed by a public comment period for residents. The Council will consider meeting minutes, purchase orders, and a city agreement as part of the Consent Agenda.

Additional agenda items include a Development Code amendment for renewable energy systems, appointments to the Small Business Advisory Council, a charitable grant agreement for the Mill Pond property, and the Walker Development Agreement and Zone Change. The Council will also consider the Jay Peterson Zone Change, updates to parking requirements for specialized preschools and daycares, and continued discussion of the Gardner Plumb Development Agreement.

We hope you enjoy a safe and relaxing Labor Day with family and friends!

Please note that Lehi City offices will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of the holiday.

🚧 Heads up, Lehi drivers! 🚧

Beginning Tuesday, September 8, the northbound lane on 3600 West between Hardman Way and 1940 North will be closed while BD Bush Construction completes work in the area.

The closure is expected to begin around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 8, and continue through approximately 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 11.

Traffic control and detour signage will be in place throughout the closure. Please plan ahead, allow for extra travel time, and check out the attached map for the designated detour route.
