**Temporary Closure Update 09.12.2026**
The project has been delayed and the temporary closure for September 14-18 has been postponed until further notice. Please be aware that stone that was staged for the project is at the boat launch and a small area around the site is closed.

📣ATTENTION PARK VISITORS
**Temporary Closure Notice 09.10.2026**

🚧The rigging lane drive at the State Hill Boat Launch will be closed to vehicle traffic Monday, September 14 through Friday, September 18 for equipment operations during shoreline restoration and protection projects in partnership with PA Fish and Boat Commission.
The launch will remain open during this temporary closure and visitors will be directed to access the launch through the trailer parking lot for all rigging and launching purposes.

Thank you for your cooperation while we work to improve the park and protect our natural resources.
