The handsome and very affectionate fellow on the left 🐈‍⬛ is Mačak (Mac for short). He’s named after the black cat that Nikola Tesla had as a child. Young Nicola ran his hand up the cats back creating static electricity 🔥 igniting Tesla’s interest in electricity.

Mac and his brothers, Noodle and Flip Flop, were born to a rescued pregnant mama, then fostered by Loudoun Community Cat Coalition. While Mac found his furrever home in January, Noodle and Flip Flop are still waiting. Noodle is great with other cats and loves to play with his foster siblings. Flip Flop is extremely curious, is a big talker and loves to cuddle with his foster mom.

Did anyone see the goats on the lam (pun very much intended) last night?

Maybe a couple of hundred years ago, this would have been a common sight, but a herd of goats running freely through the streets of downtown Leesburg definitely caught folks by surprise Saturday evening. Shannon
