We have reached the final week of collecting new, unwrapped toys for children in Loudoun County. Please assist us in ensuring every child has a gift to open on Christmas morning.

Today with the help of many through donations and sales of merchandise, the Foundation was able to make a donation to honor Captain Dannie Wilson and his family in the fight against cancer. The following is a small message from the Firefighter Cancer Support Network. " Thank you for your donation of $2,702.72 to the Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN). Donors like you are vital to the continued success of our mission to assist firefighters and EMS providers and their immediate families diagnosed with cancer by providing badge to badge support, cancer prevention education and guidance.

Cancer is the greatest danger to firefighter health and safety today and is the leading cause of firefighter line-of-duty death. FCSN is the only organization in the world that provides a unique badge-to-badge mentorship and our one-of-a-kind cancer support toolbox that includes our Firefighter’s Guide to Cancer Survivorship."

On behalf of the Foundation and its directors we say thank you for everyone's support in the cause; but mostly never to forget those that have lost their fight to cancer, or those brothers and sisters that are still fighting.

What a great day with INOVA-Lansdowne staff in the pediatric wing. Reverse trick or treat with awesome support by everyone that came out.
