Just a reminder - The parade route is as follows

Starting at Slone Road ➡️ Main Street ➡️ Thomas ➡️ School Street ➡️ The Fireman's Field.

Field opens at 3pm with activities for the kiddos, food, and drinks, live music, parade at 530, and fireworks at dark 🎇

- There will be activities for the kiddos on the field starting at 3pm!

- Parade at 530 pm

- Fireworks at dark 🎇

This past Saturday, the Lee Center Volunteer Fire Department hosted our Annual Car Show.

With over 120 vehicles on display, we were thrilled to see such an amazing turnout from participants, spectators, and community members.

A huge thank you to everyone who entered a vehicle, stopped by to support the event, and helped make the day such a success. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to all of our sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who worked behind the scenes, this event wouldn’t be possible without your generosity and dedication.

With the current heat wave affecting our area, we encourage everyone to take a few minutes to check on your family, friends, and neighbors, especially our elderly residents and those who may not have air conditioning.

A simple phone call, text, or knock on the door can make a big difference. Make sure everyone is staying cool, drinking plenty of water, and have what they need to stay safe during these dangerously hot temperatures.

Please remember:
☀️ Stay hydrated.
☀️ Limit outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day.
☀️ Never leave children or pets unattended in a vehicle.
☀️ Check on those who may be more vulnerable to the heat

Stay safe, stay cool, and don’t hesitate to call 911 if you believe someone is experiencing a heat-related emergency.
