The LHVA is thrilled to be back at the Ledyard Farmers' Market this afternoon from 4-7! Thank you to the LFM team! What is the LHVA? We care for Long and Bush Ponds, these amazing Ledyard and North Stonington lakes, just over the hill in the Lantern Hill Valley! With public access for boating, you can enjoy a paddle, fishing, or just drifting and listening to the birds. Stop by and check us out!

The LHVA has been busy through July and into August! Ledyard Farmers Market (LFM) in July, 2 Long Pond Summer Camp Days in July, and an LHVA Youth Poster Contest - with winners in the grade school and high school categories! Wrapped it up last Sunday, Aug 2nd, with our Annual Potluck Picnic - celebrating 53 years caring for the lakes and their dams! ...Oh, and come visit us at the LFM tomorrow on the UPPER GREEN with the Ledyard Rotary Community Group Day, and again in the market on August 12th. Just a few pics; more to come later.
