The weekend, as we pause to honor those those military personnel who paid the ultimate sacrifice, a reminder that city offices will be closed on Monday, May 25th.
Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 26th.

Sylvias CAC is excited to kick off the 250th 4th of July Week with our
🎉 250th Stars, Stripes & Smiles Pedal Parade & Mini Carnival! 🚲🎡
Grab your bikes, wagons, scooters, patriotic gear, and BIG smiles for a morning full of fun, laughter, and red, white & blue memories!
❤️🤍💙
🚓 Participants will take TWO laps around Memorial Park escorted by Boone County’s Finest Police Department!
Judging begins at 10:00 AM.
Bring your BEST patriotic decorations, costumes, creativity, and smiles because our judges will be looking for the most festive riders in Boone County!
🎟️ ALL registered participants who sign up by JUNE 6TH will receive:
👕 An official event t-shirt
🎫 10 complimentary tickets to our Mini Carnival!
📍WHERE: Memorial Park
📅WHEN: Saturday, June 27
⏱️TIME: Judging begins at 10AM! Line up begins at 930/945
🏆 AGE GROUPS:
⭐ 0–6
⭐ 7–11
⭐ 12+
Each age group will have:
🥇 1st Place
🥈 2nd Place
🥉 3rd Place Winners!
🎡 Mini Carnival begins around 11:00 AM
(For ALL ages!!)
