.........Federal Court delayed the hearing too many pleadings to read....Presently the court hearing is to render YES or NO to the Littrell Tower Site ..off of Trice road..very near FCS and Daycare.........The Court date has not been revised...maybe it never will. ........We are hopeful ATT and Tower Company will give up on the tower. The Tower Atty, advised me he has been thinking about this tower for over 4 years....Usually he said it takes about 6 months........ Thanks to all the residents taking the time and being the opposition. Wilson County Officials have hired a Cell Tower expert to mount the very best opposition. Please tak about it PUBLIC AWARENESS is crucial..
