At Lebanon Utilities, safety is always a priority at work and at home. During National Electrical Safety Month, we encourage our community to take a few simple steps to help keep your family safe around electricity.
🔌 Avoid overloading outlets and power strips
💡 Replace damaged or frayed cords
🚫 Keep electrical devices away from water
🌳 Stay far away from downed power lines and report them immediately
Small safety habits can make a big difference. Thank you for helping keep our community safe!

Update: Power has been restored. The outage appears to have been caused by a lightning strike to a pole on John Shaw Rd.⚡️

We are aware of a power outage. Crews have been dispatched and are working to resolve the issue

Update: Power has been restored

Outage Update: Crews are still on scene working to restore power to the remaining residents without power

Update: Power has been restored to majority of residents. Outage was caused by a large branch. Crews are still out working to restore the remaining residents that are still out.

Update: Crews are working to isolate the outage to restore power to majority of residents as quickly and safely as possible. Please use caution in the area where our lineman are working.

We have received reports of an outage on the East Side of the City including Elizaville, Grant, Ulen Dr, Claiborne and Fordice area etc. Electric crews are aware and have been dispatched to the scene
