Murphy & Me The funny side of cultural insanity ~ POLITICAL SATIRE Dave Thompson here! We had a great time reading through them and decided head to the studio and record.

I grew up in a singing family and have a long family history of singers and writers, so creativity comes pretty naturally for me. I have written and recorded music in various genres from gospel to adult contemporary and country. Along the way I began to write a few humorous sketches and finally got up the nerve to ask a friend, Chris Murphy, to read through a few of them. We eventually brought Dave Kenniv in to help. Dave is a long-time friend of mine as well.

THE ACCOMPLICE: DAVE KENNIV

Dave Kenniv has the smallest head of the three of us - nearly half the size of Dave Thompson's. He successfully ran his own custruction business straight into the ground and now is helping Dave Thompson do the same to his.
Seriously, though, Dave has a degree in Music and he and Dave Thompson do work together building and remodeling homes. His wife Beth is a fabulous singer and musician as well.
He has three great kids all in or near their high school years.
Dave is one hour short of finishing his music degree from college - that was 20 years ago, so...........

THE YOUNG GUN: CHRIS MURPHY

Chris lives in Loveland, Ohio and makes his living selling construction software.
The most interesting thing about Chris is that he has played Harold Hill (the lead role in Music Man) 50 times. In fact that is how he met Dave Thompson (Dave was playing Mayor Shinn).
Chris loves to laugh, but takes freedom and the rule of law very seriously.

THE VISIONARY: DAVE THOMPSON

Dave has been blessed to lead a full and varied life. He pastors a small home church, writes and records music, and runs his own home-building company. He has a Masters in Music and an undergraduate in Biblical Studies. He and his wife Ruth live in Lebanon, Ohio where they are raising their two boys, Max and Bravo (yes, his name is Bravo - long story)
Dave also has two older children, Lauren (LT) and Travis whom he raised with his first wife, Sue, who passed away in 2004.
