What is FISH of Lebanon

FISH of Lebanon is a local non-profit organization. We are a group of volunteers acting out of a sense of Christian love, hope and compassion to help meet the basic needs of our neighbors. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
