***** COLD WEATHER ADVISORY *****

As the cold weather continues, we would like to ask that our customers monitor their water lines daily.

If any of your lines are frozen, when they thaw; they most likely will break. When this happens, you may notice a change in your pressure. When water lines break like this, it is possible for it to leak over $200 per day of water.

We do our best to monitor the areas but you as the customer are the best chance of catching these costly leaks early.

*** PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE METER LID EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY ***

01/26/2026

Our office will be closed Monday January 26th

01/23/2026

With cold temperatures approaching be sure to protect pipes!

• Make sure meter lid is secure on meter box.

• Open cabinet doors to allow heat in to pipes and let faucets drip!

• Locate main shut off in case of a water break.

• Close vents around the home to prevent frigid air entering the crawlspace.
