Fifteenth Judicial District Drug Court Program

Fifteenth Judicial District Drug Court Program This program is designed to help felony drug addicted offenders get treatment and live a clean and sober life. It incorporates treatment and supervision.

The drug court program is a sentencing option available to the court. This program is voluntary and is not Court ordered. The Fifteenth Judicial District Drug Court Program is for felony offenders with an admitted drug/alcohol addiction. The 15th District is made up of Wilson, Trousdale, Smith, Macon, and Jackson Counties in Tennessee. In March 2015, we started the Smith County Misdemeanor Drug Court Program.
