IT’S CLOSING DAY! ✍️🏡🐾

I first met Ann while walking dogs at KC Pet Project, and today I had the honor of helping her purchase her very first home in Olathe, KS. Special thanks to Terry O'Neill at First State Bank for helping Ann secure her loan and making her dream of homeownership possible. Your hard work and dedication are very much appreciated.

We celebrated the occasion with a little Yamazaki whiskey 🥃, followed by brunch, and a donation going out to Kansas City Pet Project. This place is near and dear to both of our hearts. You pick the donation recipient, I send the money out of my proceeds. Every. Single. Sale.

Cheers to you, my friend! I hope you and your 2 sweet fur babies love your new home. Thank you for trusting me to help you with this milestone. ❤️

Kansas City understood the assignment for the FIFA Fan Festival, and it did NOT disappoint! ⚽🌎❤️

From giant watch parties and electric crowd energy to live entertainment, food, interactive activities, and the backdrop of the National WWI Museum & Memorial, Friday felt like the center of the soccer world. Thousands of fans from all over came together to cheer on Team USA as they opened World Cup play with a huge win. The atmosphere was unforgettable!

One of my favorite stops of course was the Purina area, where they’re partnering with Kansas City Pet Project to showcase adoptable pets and celebrate KC's love for animals. Through July 11, Purina will sponsor $50 off all adoption fees for up to 400 adoptions.

This festival is a must-do for the summer. Congratulations to Kansas City for being such an incredible host city. Also a huge congrats to my great-nephew for winning his soccer tournament. And the Knicks, wow! What a weekend for sports. 🏆
