Amy Cawvey, Candidate for Kansas State Board of Education (District 1) will speak at the Leavenworth County Elephant Club Meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Rodeo Mexican Restaurant in Basehor.

Come enjoy a great evening, hear directly from our guests, and spend some time with fellow Republicans from across Leavenworth County. The dinner portion of the evening beings at 6:15pm and the guest speaker program starts at 7:00pm.

Election Day is almost here!

Join us Tuesday evening for the Leavenworth County Republican Party Election Day Watch Party as we gather with friends, candidates, volunteers, and supporters to watch the results come in.

It’s been a busy election season, and we can’t think of a better way to finish out Primary Election Day than spending it together.

Join us for the Leavenworth County Fair Parade on Tuesday, July 28! Whether you can help decorate the float, ride along in the parade, or simply come out to support the effort, we'd be glad to have you as part of the team.

Parade Details
Tuesday, July 28, 2026
Parade Begins: 6:30 p.m.
Lineup: 6:00 p.m.
Volunteer Meet Time: 5:00 p.m.
Meeting Location: Parking lot east of the Tonganoxie swimming pool, 201 South Main Street, Tonganoxie, KS.

Candidate Signs
Because space on the float is limited, we will only be displaying signs for currently declared candidates who are actively on the ballot. If you would like your campaign sign included on the float, please make arrangements to get it to the Float Committee before parade day.

If you're able to help decorate, ride on the float, or walk alongside us during the parade, we'd truly appreciate your help. The more volunteers we have, the better our float will look and the more fun we'll have together.

Thanks to our Candidates, Congressman Derek Schmidt and our County Commissioner Candidates Janet Klasinsky, Robert Owens, Tony McNeill, Sarah George, and David Todd for supporting our event and providing great insight to your campaigns. We had a great turn out tonight at our Leavenworth County Republican Party Town Hall.

Republican Party Election HQ Grand Opening on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at 356 Santa Fe Street, Leavenworth.

Enjoy charcuterie, light fare, soft drinks, and great company as you tour our headquarters building. You'll have the opportunity to mingle with candidates, meet fellow volunteers, pick up campaign yard signs and literature, register to vote, and learn how you can become part of our Election Day efforts.
