With the growing popularity of e-bikes, e-scooters, electric motorcycles, and other two-wheeled transportation, the Le Sueur Police Department would like to remind everyone to ride safely and responsibly.

Please remember:
🚦 Obey all traffic signs and signals
🚶 Yield to pedestrians and use caution on sidewalks and trails
👀 Stay alert and avoid distractions while riding (no phones!)
🪖 Wear a helmet and other safety gear whenever possible
💡 Use lights and reflective gear when riding at night
🤝 Be courteous and share the road with motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians

Let's all do our part to keep our community safe.
Ride smart, ride responsibly, and enjoy the summer!

Thank you to Le Sueur Public Library Friends of the Le Sueur Public Library and Minnesota River Valley Transit - MRVT for making sure our young residents can get to and from the Library this summer!

The Le Sueur Public Library is teaming up with Minnesota River Valley Transit to offer kids-teens (ages 3-18) free rides to and from the library this summer (pickup within city limits only). Tickets can be picked up at the library.

Tickets are good from June 4th - August 22nd. Call 888-880-4696 to schedule a ride.

A big thank you to our Friends of the Le Sueur Public Library for sponsoring this program.
