This page, Le Sueur County CARES Act FYI, is dedicated to providing information for county residents on how their 2020 federal CARES Act dollars are being spent. We understand soci
al media is a 24/7 medium; however, we cannot monitor, post or respond to comments 24/7. We will respond as quickly as possible. Generally, we will post or respond to comments from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Communications made through this page will in no way constitute a legal or official notice or comment to Le Sueur County, or any official or employee of the county for any purpose. To maintain a civil atmosphere, we reserve the right to review comments before they are displayed. Le Sueur County monitors all comments and reserves the right to immediately delete any comment we deem inappropriate. Individuals who repeatedly violate the County’s policy may be blocked, banned or prohibited from posting future comments to County social media sites. The following are examples of unacceptable content and comments. The list is not intended to be all-inclusive.
• Content or links that contain profane or obscene language or sexual matter;
• Direct or indirect attacks or threats, name-calling or insults;
• Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetrates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, natural origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity;
• Content that incites, encourages, or solicits violent or illegal acts;
• Content that violates any federal, state, or local law;
• Commercial solicitations or spam;
• Infringement on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property;
• Confidential or non-public information;
• Promoting or opposing: Any person campaigning for election or any ballot measure;
• any other comments the social media team deems inappropriate. Following or friending persons, a business, or an organization is not an endorsement by the County. Instead, it is only intended as a means of communication. A comment posted by a member of the public is the opinion of the commentator or poster only, and publication of a comment does not imply endorsement of, or agreement by, the County or its separate offices, nor do such comments necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of the County or its separate offices. Le Sueur County disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from any reliance on such information. Anyone who posts comments participates at his or her own risk, taking personal responsibility for posted comments, username and any information provided.
