I know it has been awhile since I have posted on this thing, I could have done a lot better. Before I head out I wanted to tell all of you thank you for allowing me the opportunity to train you in order to become United States Marines. It has been a long hard road for some, it has been easier for others. I am truly thankful of those that stuck to it and did not quit when things got hard. When you were doubtful of yourselves you sought guidance and continued on with the fight. This is a true characteristic of a strong leader, being able to adapt and overcome when the decisions you have to make might not always be an easy one. I look forward to seeing each of you in the fleet. Remember why you made the decision to become something. If you quit when its hard you will never finish anything. Stay motivated out there.
