While you were struggling to survive, they were locking the doors of their $120,000.00-a-year "ghost" offices. They turned a temporary emergency into a permanent 𝐒𝐈𝐗-𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝐕𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 from accountability. 🏰😷

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡: They are 𝐍𝐎𝐓 supposed to have separate offices. Each Legislator represents their district from the 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬—that is where the Law says they belong. They are 𝐒𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 in private offices to avoid you. They use digital walls to intimidate Council Members, block access, and shut off microphones because they don't want to face you at the seat of government. 🔇💻

📍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 $𝟖𝟒𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐔𝐀𝐋 𝐇𝐄𝐈𝐒𝐓: While they hide behind Zoom screens, we are paying nearly 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒 a year for seven separate rents, utilities, and "ghost" staff. That is $𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎 since 2020 wasted on hideouts! Your money drains while they sit in private offices, avoiding the 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 and the 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥.

📍 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝟑: 𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐍𝐄𝐆𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓: Look at what that $120k gets you. When the town water supply was cut off, this Legislator couldn't even provide a 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑. No water, no assistance, no leadership. Instead, you pay for a "hideout" where the secretary sits on the clock giving herself 𝐍𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒 while drawing a Tribal paycheck. 💅🚫💧
