June is Men's Mental Health Month đź’›

Mental health affects us all, yet too many men feel pressured to suffer in silence. This month, we encourage everyone to check in on the men in their lives and create space for honest conversations.

A simple text, phone call or face-to-face conversation can make a huge impact. Reach out to a friend, ask how they're really doing and listen and offer support and empathy.

We also challenge our community to be advocates for men's mental health. Help break the stigma, encourage others to seek support when needed, and remind those around you that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Let's continue building a community where everyone feels seen, supported and heard.
