On Saturday, June 13th , a vehicle struck the back exterior of Promise Haven. Thankfully, no one was injured, and we were able to temporarily relocate our families to an AirBnb for a week. After assessments from engineers and contractors, the families were able to move back in on June 20th!

We are incredibly grateful to the Emergency Response Team from The Fountain Church for coming so quickly and clearing the debris and installing the plywood to block off the new entrance! We are so grateful to have such amazing partner churches who are always one call away!

While there is still work to be done, we're grateful to continue providing a safe place for families experiencing homelessness. We'll continue to keep you updated as renovations progress.

A huge thank you to Special Kneads and Treats for helping us celebrate one of our amazing Strong Foundations moms! 🎓🧁

This wonderful mom is graduating from college this weekend, and Special Kneads and Treats, Inc. made the celebration even sweeter by donating an assortment of cupcakes for her and her family to enjoy. We’re so proud of her hard work and grateful for community partners who help us celebrate these special milestones!

Andrea, Carol, and Monique had a wonderful time attending our amazing community partner Northside Hospital’s Healthcare Summit! We enjoyed connecting with local healthcare professionals and fellow nonprofit leaders who are all working to make a difference in our community.

Thank you to Northside Hospital for hosting such a meaningful event and for the incredible services you continue to provide to families across our community. We are grateful for partners who care so deeply about helping others! 💙

Yesterday, Executive Director Carol Love and Assistant Director Andrea McMahon had the opportunity to attend the Chick-fil-A Impact Accelerator Conference!

It was an inspiring day filled with leadership development, collaboration, and innovative ideas focused on making a greater impact in our communities. We’re excited to bring back new insights and strategies that will help strengthen our mission and continue serving our community and telling our story.

Doors open at 6, Dinner served at 6:30, and Bingo begins at 7!
