Daniel Martin McGroarty
6/27/1958 - 6/9/2026

Daniel Martin McGroarty, age 67, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Robert Wood Johnson Serenity Hospice, surrounded by comfort and care.

Daniel was a man of many talents, and a jack of all trades. He spent much of his life working as a carpenter, and handy-man who took great pride in his craftsmanship and the honest work of building and fixing with his hands. Danny also spent a huge portion of his life working for Mercer county.

Music was one of Dan’s passions. A phenomenal drummer, he possessed a natural rhythm and talent that brought joy to those fortunate enough to hear him.

Daniel was also a longtime Auxiliary Member of the VFW Post 3022 in Lawrenceville, where he enjoyed spending time watching Jeopardy!

Those who knew Daniel will remember his strength, his hardworking nature, his sense of humor, and the kindness he extended to others. He found happiness in simple pleasures, and meaningful friendships.

Daniel leaves behind many friends and loved ones who will miss him dearly and cherish the memories they shared with him.
May he rest in peace.
