Good news is moving across our region this week.

St. Elizabeth Dearborn earned a third consecutive CMS 5-Star rating, Versailles secured support for road-safety planning plus a $750,000 water infrastructure grant, and Tri Kappa Pi celebrated 812 Day with an $812 gift supporting free books for more than 1,400 Dearborn County children.

This week’s Chamber Weekly Brief also includes Women of Distinction nominations, a leadership transition at the NKY Chamber, and a look at Indiana’s economic development priorities.

✨Dillsboro Main Street would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Susan Greco!

Susan recently organized this year's Dillsboro Farmer's Market in Dillsboro, generously donated a beautiful new banner now displayed at Heritage Point, and continues to dedicate her time to coordinating the Farmers Market each week. She also organizes the live music on The Porch! 🍅🌽🥖🍯🎶🎵

Susan has spent many years serving Dillsboro in a variety of important roles. She began as the Town's Administrative Assistant, later served as the Economic Development Director, and was one of the founding members of Dillsboro Community Partnership, which is now known as Dillsboro Main Street. She also served as the Dillsboro Town Manager before retiring.

Although she's officially retired, Susan's commitment to Dillsboro hasn't slowed down. She continues to volunteer with Dillsboro Main Street, Dillsboro Art Center, and the CARE Team, always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed.

Susan, thank you for your years of leadership, your continued service, and your love for our community! 💫
