Sitting atop a hill on 5.3 acres of land, Hillcrest Elementary School, built in 1953, is located in central Lawrence just west of The University of Kansas. It serves students in grades K-5, including a full-day kindergarten program. As a cluster site, Hillcrest provides English as a Second Language services to English Language Learners.
