The Castle

The Castle One of Lawrence's most iconic structures was finished in 1894 for Col. John Roberts and his family.

The Castle has been a wonderful place for all kinds of memories to be made over the years. Today, it continues to serve the community by providing an iconic landmark as a headquarters for United Way and other community partners working to make Lawrence the best community we can be.

Flowers are in full bloom and so is wedding season! Today's guests had the convenience of skipping a setup transition by sitting at guest tables for the Ceremony. Immediate family sat in traditional rows of chairs close to the wedding couple. Following the ceremony, it only took minutes for these 2 rows to be replaced by a head table. Fabulous concept!!!!
