Another LiveWell Douglas County Spring Action Summit in the books! This year highlighted our outstanding Community Health Workers and Community Resource Navigators. We heard positive impact stories, shared a community resource tool, and discussed next steps to continue building our community navigation network. Thank you to Lawrence-Douglas County Public Health, United Way of Kaw Valley, and Heartland Community Health Center for serving as anchor organizations to build a network that helps connect people in need to resources/services and assist navigating complex systems to improve their quality of life.
