NC College Connect is changing the trajectory of North Carolina public school students’ lives. Beginning today, 105,036 seniors on track to graduate will receive direct admission to one or more of the 90+ participating North Carolina colleges and universities, with at least one college seat already waiting for them in fall 2027.

Avoid unnecessary harm by actively supervising children on playgrounds and teaching them not to push, shove, or crowd on equipment. Choose playgrounds with shock-absorbing surfaces like rubber, mulch, sand, or wood chips, and make sure children wear safe clothing without drawstrings, scarves, jewelry, purses, or helmets that could get caught.
