Matthew is a recent graduate of West Jones High School and he just took a bold step into his future by joining the MSARNG. Please help me welcome Shane Cockrell to the MS Army National Guard🇺🇸

Cockrell is a transfer from the army reserves that chose to keep his same MOS which is a 42A (Human Resource Specialist) and then he will be starting his OCS path so he can become an officer. Cockrell is a highly motivated solider that’s going to have an immediate and immense impact 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Culpepper is prior service and he enlisted as a 91B (wheeled vehicle mechanic)and will drill with the 3656th out of Camp Shelby. Culpepper also received his 20K re-enlistment bonus 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Today he joined the Mississippi Army National Guard as a 91B wheeled vehicle mechanic

➡️ Some of his incentives include:

✅ 100% at most Mississippi universities (Alcorn, USM, JSU, MSU, Ole Miss, Williams Carey and all of the community colleges.

✅ GI Bill $481

✅ GI Bill kicker $350

✅ Federal Tuition Assistance

✅ State Education Assistance Program. $5000 per semester and 10k a year.

As well as PAID job training as a (PVT) unit supply and he can use his experience towards a civilian career, low cost health insurance, dental insurance, retirement and that’s just the start of all the benefits.
