Stay NJ checks are officially on the way — delivering real property tax relief to seniors right here in our community. This is about helping people stay in the homes they worked their whole lives for.

I am thrilled to announce that I will be chairing the Assembly Regulated Professions Committee for the 2026-27 session. I’d like to thank Speaker Coughlin and Majority Leader Greenwald for the appointment and their confidence in me. I'm pleased to share that the full set of legislation designed to curb disruptive public brawls has been signed into law by the Governor! I hope that these new charges serve as a deterrent for irresponsible actors who might otherwise crash our community events.

NOW LAW: Bills sponsored by Senator Moriarty, Assemblyman Hutchison, and Assemblyman Miller to strengthen public safety by holding parents accountable and giving police better tools to manage large gatherings and flash mobs were signed into law.

Before my son received his Dexcom device, my wife and I wouldn't know if his blood sugar was off until he started showing symptoms. I was grateful to testify as part of the Assembly Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee on my bill to mandate coverage for glucose monitors for Glycogen Storage Disease, a rare condition impacting a couple hundred New Jerseyans who with these monitoring systems can avoid long hospital stays.

After a utility worker was tragically struck and killed last summer, I decided enough was enough.

I'm proud to share that my bill to expand the "Move Over" law to include any parked vehicle so long as they provide an indicator (such as flashing hazards) is headed for a full vote in the Senate.
