The North Carolina Black Leadership Caucus is a nonpartisan
association of community members throughout North Carolina
devoted to promoting social justice and economic
self-sufficiency for all. Our mission is to promote the social,
economic, and political empowerment of people of color, the
disadvantaged, and low-wealth families and individuals, and
the working class.
