The Town of Lattimore will hold a public hearing for the 2026-27 budget at 6:50 PM on Monday, June 8 at the Lattimore Town Hall. The regular meeting of the Town Council will follow at 7 PM.

Cleveland County Animal Services is offering FREE rabies vaccinations for your pets at the upcoming Drive-Thru Rabies Clinic — and this year, it's more important than ever.

⚠️ Cleveland County has now confirmed 19 positive rabies cases, including one this week. Vaccinating your pet protects not just your family, but your neighbors and our entire community.

📅 Saturday, June 20th, 2026
⏰ 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Rabies vaccinations are FREE for Cleveland County residents and required by NC state law for cats, dogs, and ferrets 4+ months old. Please keep dogs on a leash and cats secured in a carrier.

On this Memorial Day, the Town of Lattimore remembers the ultimate sacrifice given by Lattimore native Private Edward Rintels Price in 1918. Drive by the Price Community Center to look at the obelisk monument and then breath a prayer of gratitude for men and women like Private Price.
