We were honored to attend the Asian American Group Autism Cares Dinner alongside Captain Aguirre and several members of our department. It was a wonderful evening breaking bread with amazing people, building connections, and supporting a cause that brings awareness, compassion, and inclusion to our community.

🚨Sexual Assault Detectives are Seeking Additional Victims🚨

The LVMPD Sexual Assault Detail is asking for the public’s assistance in an ongoing investigation involving 62-year-old Eddie Wide, a juvenile probation officer, who was arrested on April 22, 2026, for sexually based crimes that occurred in Las Vegas.

Detectives believe there may be additional juvenile victims and are urging anyone who may have had contact with Wide or has information related to this investigation to come forward.

Wide was booked into the Clark County Detention Center and faces two counts of sexual conduct with a child under his supervision and one count of child abuse.
