We want to extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and fellow officers of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Abdelnabi, who was killed in the line of duty yesterday.

As fellow first responders and EMS professionals, we stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in blue and all who serve on the front lines. We know the risks our first responders face every day, and today we grieve with the entire LVMPD family and the greater emergency services community.

It is with heavy hearts that we remember and honor John Osborn, a true pillar of the Las Vegas EMS community.

For 35 years, John served as a paramedic, educator, and mentor. A majority of our team trained under him, learned from him, and had the privilege of working alongside him. His dedication, knowledge, and quiet leadership shaped countless careers and strengthened the care we provide every day.

Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
