Nevada State High School gives high school students the opportunity to complete college courses for FREE while receiving high school course credit

o get a jump start in college and prepare them for their future. Why NSHS?
-Students can earn high school diploma while working towards their college degree with dual credit courses
-Students can save up to two years of college tuition
-Student can experience the flexibility of planning out their own college schedule
-Students will be provided support and personalized planning from NSHS instructors in small classes
-Students will be able to develop career-readiness skills
-Students will receive one-on-one attention for developing college finance plans and applying for scholarships
-Students will be able to attend an “Exemplary School or 5-Star School” by the Nevada Department of Education
-Students have the chance to receive an Associate’s degree before graduating high school

After more than a decade of calling this building home, we are proud to officially say, we own it.

Last night, Nevada State High School celebrated the purchase of our Henderson Flagship campus with a ribbon cutting ceremony surrounded by students, staff, board members, and community partners. This milestone represents stability, growth, and our continued commitment to the families we serve.

A special thank you to Dan Stewart and our Governing Body members for joining us to mark this important moment. We are grateful for leaders who support educational opportunity in our community.

Here’s to the next chapter and to continuing to invest in our students for years to come!
