Freedom Flag

Freedom Flag Memorial Flag Honoring the US troops facing danger across the world. Located at Fort Apache & Warm Springs with a view of the famous Las vegas Strip

Greetings,
When I learned that my niece was being sent to Afghanistan I was surprised. I didn’t realize we were still sending troops over there and will be for sometime. Then, on April 6th 2013, three more US service members were killed by a su***de bomber. It made me realize that even though the US is now in a mostly advisory role, US troops are still being targeted. This flag is meant as a remin

der to us all of the troops facing danger around the world today. Hope you enjoyed your hike up to the Freedom Flag. Please add any comments to the timeline.

The freedom flag disappeared right before 4th of July. I bought a new one but when I hiked up there it was back. Someone had repaired it and replanted it!! Freedom Flag Forever!

You will find the Freedom Flag in Las Vegas on the hilltop across from the intersection of Warm Springs and Fort Apache (just south of the WET AND WILD water park) It is a strenuous climb up but the view is fantastic. Post a message and lets us know how you liked the climb!
