Congratulations to ATF Assistant Director Jim Pasco on this distinguished recognition by the Washingtonian Magazine as one of Washington, D.C.'s Most Influential People.

On Monday, April 20, 2026, the House of Representatives passed the First Responder Network Authority Reauthorization Act of 2026. H.R. 7386 prevents the termination of the FirstNet Authority before its sunset in February 2027.

Public Safety supports FirstNet and the reauthorization of the FirstNet Authority. FirstNet is a valuable asset used daily by first responders and the public safety community.

Public Safety thanks the House of Representatives for listening.
