I was called by a local "Property Manager" because their current fence had gate closure problems and was very loose in multiple areas and the mesh was sagging.

If you have a pool; you're supposed to have a fence.
NO, you aren't "Grandfathered" in.
NO, it doesn't matter if you have children or not.

And if you don't want to be sued because someone "trespassed" in your yard and got injured in your pool; you still need a fence.
