My 5-year-old daughter suddenly refused to let anyone cut her hair.

UPDATE: Roberto Ceballos Ramirez has been found safe about a mile from his home. Officers say he was thirsty and tired but awake and responsive. He even asked for chicken for dinner. Thank you to everyone who helped share the message.
A 74-year-old man named Roberto Ceballos Ramirez has gone missing after leaving his home in Bradenton during the afternoon. He was last seen around 2 p.m. near the 900 block of Tidewater Shores Loop.
Roberto has medical conditions that may cause confusion or delusional thoughts, raising concern for his safety. He usually relies on a cane when walking, but he did not have it with him when he left.
He is described as about 5’2” tall and weighing around 130 pounds. At the time he was last seen, Roberto was wearing a white button-up collared shirt, tan shorts, and brown slip-on shoes. He speaks both English and Spanish.
Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen him or knows where he might be to contact the Bradenton Police Department immediately. His loved ones are hoping the community will help bring him safely back home.

Authorities in South Carolina are asking the public to help locate a missing teenager whose safety is causing serious concern. Fifteen-year-old Grace Lynn Bartlett was reported missing late Sunday night after a family member realized she had left home and could not be found.

Grace had been living at a residence on Birchbank Court, an area close to Lake Keowee and Rochester Highway. Investigators say she may be vulnerable because she is believed to be dealing with behavioral challenges, which has increased worries for her wellbeing.

Deputies have not yet been able to confirm what Grace was wearing when she left. She is described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds, with brown hair and black eyes.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Missing Person’s Unit is actively working on the case and following every tip they receive. Anyone who may know where Grace Lynn Bartlett is or may have seen her is urged to contact the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office immediately. Her loved ones are hoping someone will come forward and help bring her safely home.
