Bethany Village combines safe and affordable housing, spiritual mentorship, parent education, career guidance and financial education to allow single mothers and their children to flourish. Our hearts are with everyone affected by the recent mass shooting in our community. In times of tragedy, our entire community feels the weight of grief, fear, and uncertainty. For young children, even when they do not directly witness such events, they absorb the emotions of the adults around them. Their sense of safety, attachment, and emotional well-being can be deeply impacted.

At Amistad Family Services, we recognize how trauma affects even our youngest community members. Infant and early childhood mental health support is critical in helping children and their caregivers navigate the emotional effects of violence and loss.
