It's CPR Week! ❤️ Are you ready to jump into action?
When bystanders start CPR before EMS arrives, it can increase the patient's chance of survival.
With hands-only CPR, there are just 2 steps:
🩷 Check the patient's responsiveness - no pulse or breathing? Call 911!
🩷 With the patient laying on their back on a hard surface, push down quickly on the center of their chest, both hands. You want to push about 2" deep, allowing it all the way back up before you push again. Push 100-120 times a minute - to the tune of Stayin' Alive, or Baby Shark! 🎶
Keep going until more help arrives! 💜🚑🚒🚓
