Mark your calendars!! This coming Monday we will have our final Adaptive Pool Party of the season!! It's been a fun summer!! Special thank you to LC- Mr. Cano and Mr. Hernandez for making the pool so welcoming to everyone!! Also- thank you to the City of Laredo Parks and Rec Aquatics team for working on your days off for our programming and keeping everyone safe in the pool!! ❤🌊

🚨Attention Adaptive Athletes!🚨
‼️Registration Deadline- Monday, September 14th for Adaptive Athletes competing in 5K Runway Run who want to be guaranteed to get a 5K shirt!
All Runway Run Adaptive Athlete Registration (for 5k and 1 mile) is through Jennie Sanchez, Adaptive/Inclusive Recreation Manager at Haynes Recreation Center. Registration forms are at the front desk. Adaptive Athlete 5K Division has changed:
*Mobility Impaired (permanent physical disability)
*Visually Impaired
*Wheelchair
*Other Disabilities (Autism, Cognitive disability- requires assistance).
📌Don't forget- we also have our Make Your Impossible- POSSIBLE 1 mile walk for those looking to get out there and start breaking down barriers.
