Part-Time Housing Clerk

The City of Lapeer is seeking qualified applicants for a Part-Time Housing Clerk position within the Housing Improvement Department. This position provides clerical, administrative, and customer service support related to housing programs and client services. Qualified candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, customer service, and computer skills. Prior clerical, housing, property management, case management, or related experience preferred.

· Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (approximately 28 hours per week)

· Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

· Anticipated Start Date: June 15, 2026; First review of applications will begin June 1, 2026.
