What a night!
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Ribeye Steak Dinner and 80s Concert Friday night. Hundreds and hundreds of friends packed the place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better evening.
This definitely wasn’t your ordinary fundraiser. We brought out the tablecloths, candlelight and china — no paper plates and plastic forks here! We wanted people to sit down, enjoy a great steak dinner with friends, and then finish the night listening to one of the best 80s bands around, Jedi Mind Trip. They absolutely knocked it out of the park.
And those steaks! We purchased the steaks from Durand Meat Processing and people raved about them all night. They were season to perfection and were incredible.
Thank you to my wife Tammy for organizing our event and hand making the amazing sponsorship board. I also can’t thank our volunteers enough. From setting everything up, helping with parking, cooking, serving,carrying meals to the tables, bartending, and working throughout the evening — it took a lot of people working together to make the night go as smoothly as it did.
And finally, thank you to everyone who bought tickets, sponsored the event, donated, volunteered or simply came out to spend the evening with us. Great food, great music and, most importantly, a whole lot of great friends.
It was an incredible night and one I won’t soon forget. Thank you all!
