Issues wishing to be considered must be submitted to Natasha Horne at [email protected] no later than March 1, 2017. During the last national Conference on Food Protection, we presented 12 issues and were extremely successful.

Proposed changes to the Food Law will be forwarded to the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development proposed changes to the FDA Model Food Code will be submitted to the next national Conference on Food Protection.

The Michigan Environmental Health Association Annual Education Conference is then being held in Big Rapids on March 15th and 16th, 2017 and we encourage you to go to their website for more information http://www.meha.net/AEC .
